SHIPPING

USA: Free Shipping for all orders same business day. Order must be received prior to 2PM for guaranteed same day shipping. Free Fedex 2-Day shipping for all orders over $500 within the continental US. All orders under $500 will be shipping USPS Priority or First Class Mail. Next day delivery orders available to ship prior to 3PM EST MON-FRI. UPS Shipping is available upon request. 

CANADA: All orders over $500 ship free to Canada. All orders under $500 Special discounted rates for Fedex shipments to Canada will be applied. Canadian customers responsible for VAT / Import Taxes.

For all International orders, please use checkout for rates. International customers are responsible for VAT/ DUTY / IMPORT Taxes. Please check with your country tax rates. All International expedited orders are shipped USPS, FEDEX or DHL depending on country and order amount. WARRANTY

All memory products we sell carry a lifetime replacement warranty against physical and functional defects. All non-memory products carry a 31-day replacement warranty from the time of order placed. All CPU / Processors and motherboards are returnable for replacement only within 14 days and are not returnable for refund or credit.

RETURNS FOR REFUND

All product returns for refund must be received within 30 days of the purchase date and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice as well as an RMA number. An RMA number can be obtained simply by emailing us at support@nemixram.com or calling 561-451-2240. All RMA's are valid for 10 days from the date of issue. RMA’s must be securely packaged and returned in original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged while in transit to our location. All non-defective proprietary memory is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and all packages refused at the time of delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any possible shipping fees are not refundable for any reason.

All non-memory products carry the same return policy unless stated otherwise within product descriptions. CPU / Processors and motherboards are returnable for replacement only and are not returnable for refund or credit. We reserve the right to accept proprietary memory and special order product returns if there is system or software incompatibility, improper installation, or damage to the product during installation.
