NEMIX RAM Shipping & Return Policy

WARRANTY

All memory products we sell carry a lifetime replacement warranty against physical and functional defects. All non-memory products carry a 31 day replacement warranty from the time of order placed. All CPU / Processors and motherboards are returnable for replacement only within 14 days and are not returnable for refund or credit.

RETURNS FOR REFUND

All product returns for refund must be received within 30 days of the purchase date and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice as well as an RMA number. An RMA number can be obtained simply by going to https://www.nemixram.com/sales/guest/form/ or calling 888-NEMIX-CO. All RMA's are valid for 10 days from date of issue. RMA’s must be securely packaged and returned in original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged while in transit to or from us. All non-defective proprietary memory is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and all packages refused at the time of delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any possible shipping fees are not refundable for any reason.

All non-memory products carry the same return policy unless stated otherwise within product descriptions. CPU / Processors and motherboards are returnable for replacement only and are not returnable for refund or credit. We reserve the right to accept proprietary memory and special order product returns if there is system or software incompatibility, improper installation, or damage to product during installation.
